Season “9” will kick off with Katrina Hoover Lee, a lifetime writer who grew up in Stratford, WI. An author of 18 books, Katrina will review Kidnapped in Haiti, the story of how 17 missionaries were kidnapped by armed gangsters and held for two months in 2021. As they faced danger, health issues, and possible death, they cried out to God – and He supplied.

Increasingly desperate to leave, the hostages were very divided and unable to agree on a course of action. As God brought them together into full agreement they were able to escape.

Katrina’s masterful portrayal of the story will tug at your heart and their faith and trust in God will strengthen yours.
